Q: What is your delivery time?
A: The delivery time depends on the production time for your print, but normal delivery time is between 2-4 weeks from our premises. But sometimes it could be quicker!
Q: The sizes in the droplist are they centimeters or inches?
A: The sizes are in centimeters.
Q: Are taxes included in the prices?
A: Yes, Swedish VAT (25%) is included in the prices, if you live outside the EU, the VAT will be removed on your price at checkout. Please note that the delivery address has to be outside the EU too for this to apply.
Q: Will the prints have the large True Image logo on them?
A: No, the logos are only added on the Online Store to prevent the unauthorised use of my photos. The delivered pictures will have a small, discreet logo on the bottom to the right.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: As we don't keep stock and the photos are made especially for you, with the photo, material and size of your choice, we will not be able to give a refund. Although, if there is a quality problem we will of course give you the choice to get a new print or to cancel the order after sending the faulty product back.
Q: I need an other format than is offered on the easy order options on the photo, is it available in other measurements?
A: If you want an other format or an other medium, such as aluminium or an other medium not available on the easy order options on the photo you want, no problem! All formats and mediums are available, just let me know what you're after and I'll make it happen
Q: The photo I want is not available in Monochrome on the easy order options, is it possible to get it in Monochrome anyway?
A: Yes, let me know if you wish a photo was available in Monochrome and I will add it to the easy order options on that photo, that will make it possible for you to see it before you decide.
Q: Is the freight included to all countries?
A: Yes, the freight is included to all countries.
Please note that your country might add toll or VAT at customs if you're outside the EU, but as it's pictures it's usually not very high.
Q: The photos in the store doesn't look very sharp, or they look out of focus.
A: The photos can sometimes appear a bit smudged on the store as I've only used thumb prints. This is to protect the copyright of my photos. The original photos are all sharp and if you would be dissatisfied with a product because of quality issues you always have the right to send them back.
